Texas Splash opened their doors in 1992.  Texas Splash is a family-owned business operated by Billy Eichman, Mary Ann Eichman, John Eichman, Camille Eichman, Brian Stoppelmoor and Vicky Stoppelmoor. Rayne Texas Splash "holds" a class III certification from the Texas Water Commission. Class III is the highest certification awarded and is based on experience and testing. Billy and John are individually certified. We suggest you verify the license status of anyone attempting to sell you any water conditioning products. We will comply with local requirements of permits for installation of water conditioning equipment. Any competitor who fails to mention the permit requirement may not hold the necessary licensing note above. Our family has owned and operated a water conditioning business (Culligan) in one location (Huron, S.D.) from 1948 to 1990. Our family members have served on our church boards, school boards, state plumbing commission (governor appointed) and was in the state legislature for eight years after retiring from 30 year active duty in the water business. In all our 60 years of licensed work in South Dakota and Texas, not one complaint has ever been filed with the state or local entities... we challenge our competitors to match that! Our highest priority is to serve our customers BETTER than any other water conditioning company. We are members of the Texas Water Quality Association. We will not stoop to bad-mouthing, slamming, or otherwise condemning other competitors or individuals. We abide by the Texas Water Quality Association CODE OF ETHICS for the benefit of the consumer. We believe we have the best product value in the industry.
